Robert Antoshak has over 40 years of experience in the textile and apparel industries. He was most recently the Vice President, Global Strategic Sourcing & Development, at Grey Matter Concepts, a New York-based men’s apparel company. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions across the textile and apparel supply chain, from fiber to finished product. In addition to an extensive background in marketing, mergers & acquisitions, sourcing, information services, and strategic planning, Antoshak has extensive experience in trade negotiations and has served as an FBI-cleared industry advisor to the U.S. government on numerous bilateral quota trade agreements, NAFTA, the MFA, and the WTO. He is widely published in the textile and apparel industries and regularly contributes to various industry publications.

Mary Kate Randolph is the Climate Beneficial Systems Director at Fibershed, where she serves as the ag program’s data steward, developing regionally-calibrated, place-based tools that translate on-farm stewardship into verified impacts. She supports US-based fiber producers of all sizes by turning on-the-ground data into accessible, market-ready tools that reflect the program’s B5 or “Beneficial Five” Outcomes: Soil Health, Water Security, Biodiversity Preservation, Carbon Capture, and Community Resilience. Through the Climate Beneficial™ Verified Fiber Program, her work helps to connect producer-led stewardship to meaningful market opportunities and incentives. Prior to Fibershed, Mary Kate worked across B2B organic apparel companies, partnering with brands and retailers to bring certified private-label programs to market, with experience across the full supply chain from farm to finished product.

A graduate in Fashion design at the Royal Academy of the Arts in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Yvonne obtained an Executive MBA in Global Fashion Management at IFM-Paris, to widen her business and merchandising skills.Yvonne has empowered multi-segment premium brands as Kenzo, BCBG, Max Mara, GaleriesLafayette, IKKS and Elegant Prosper with aesthetic forecasts, style positioning, design direction and retail merchandising.  Since joining Peclers Paris in 2016, Yvonne has offered guidance to clients around the globe connecting trends to their brand identity with a cross disciplinary approach. A communicative speaker, she has offered seasonal trend insights at Première Vision, and developed deeper fashion and lifestyle topics such as Archestyles, Color Psychology, the Future of Fashion and Fashion Merchandising to professional audiences in Europe, the US and Asia. Passionate about sustainable fashion, she participated as Peclers' ambassador to the as Peclers' ambassador to the launch of UN Alliance for Sustainable Fashion in Nairobi in 2019.

Mr. Browne is the President of David Yurman, a celebrated American jewelry company. He is an international brand executive with over 40 years of industry experience across footwear, apparel, jewelry, and accessories. Previously, Mr. Browne served as Chief Executive Officer of Cascale (formerly the Sustainable Apparel Coalition), a non-profit alliance in the apparel and consumer goods sectors. Prior to his time at Cascale, he was Chief Operating Officer of Under Armour. While at Under Armour, Mr. Browne also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President, as well as Chief Supply Chain Officer. He played an integral role in the company’s successful transformation and is credited with modernizing its digital go-to-market strategy and implementing industry-leading supply chain capabilities. Over the course of his career, Mr. Browne has held various leadership roles at V.F. Corporation, Li & Fung USA, Pentland Brands, Wongpaitoon Group, Reebok, and Bally Shoes. He currently serves as a board member of David Yurman, Shoes for Crews, and U.S. for UNHCR. Originally from the United Kingdom, Mr. Browne has spent many years working in Asia and the United States. He is currently based in New York.

Elizabeth currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Eileen Fisher, Inc.  In her role as the senior legal officer, she oversees the company’s legal affairs, corporate and regulatory compliance, and government relations.  She also leads the company’s social and environmental impact teams as well as co-chairs its AI Adoption Committee.  Elizabeth brings over 20 years of legal experience to her role.  Prior to joining EILEEN FISHER, she was the Vice President & Special Counsel to the Chairman at MacAndrews & Forbes, where she oversaw transactions and litigation and worked closely with various MacAndrews’ affiliates.  She began her legal career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, representing financial institutions in a variety of litigation and investigatory matters.

Andre Raghu is an internationally recognized authority on supply chain governance, trade compliance and enterprise risk management. As Chief Executive Officer of Boston based HAP International, he advises companies, manufacturers and investment firms on managing increasingly complex global trade policy obligations across supply chains. Mr. Raghu is known for guiding organizations facing heightened scrutiny involving customs enforcement, regulatory traceability import rules, supplier due diligence, and reputational risk. He has developed practical, risk-based frameworks that strengthen supplier accountability, enhance enterprise internal controls, and drive collective action on noncompetitive industry wide challenges. His experience spans leading retailers, consumer brands, manufacturers, technology companies, and trade associations, including Walmart, The Walt Disney Company, Google, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Costco, McDonald’s, and numerous others. He has also worked with public institutions and regulatory bodies including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Department of Labor, China Customs, and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Mr. Raghu is known for helping organizations translate regulatory pressure into durable operational resilience and competitive advantage. His insights on supply chain risk, trade compliance, and responsible sourcing have been featured by leading business, legal, and industry publications and institutions, including The Wall Street Journal, Toronto Star, The Guardian, International Trade Today, MarketWatch, Apparel Insider, Business Wire, Sourcing Journal, FashionUnited, and Syracuse University’s Dynamic Sustainability Lab. Before joining HAP International, Mr. Raghu served as President of Global Sustainability Services, Consumer Goods at Intertek and a member of the company’s Executive Council. There he helped build one of the market’s earliest scaled assurance platforms focused on non-financial risk, responsible sourcing, and sustainability verification, serving thousands of multinational organizations and manufacturers worldwide.

Earl Shank leads traceability efforts at Tapestry. In his role, he is responsible for implementing and managing programs to maintain 95 percent traceability and mapping of raw materials. Additionally, his team manages responsible sourcing functions related to supplier onboarding, exit, licensing & collaborations, and data analysis.  This work is part of Tapestry’s commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable business practices and extends to its house of iconic brands: Coach and Kate Spade New York.

Lina Gomez Londono is the Vice President of Sustainability and Solutions at Debrand. She is committed to stewarding the most impactful programs and business models for the company and its clients, fostering a holistic ecosystem of next-life logistics partners that offer the highest-value solutions for apparel and footwear brands. From fiber reclamation and alternative fuel to recommerce and advanced recycling trials — she serves as the company’s subject matter expert on sustainability and circularity. Lina partners with clients to harmonize business activities with sustainability objectives, develop technology-enabled value recovery strategies, identify maximum end-of-life solutions for products, and optimize garment materiality. As a trusted partner for fashion brands and solution providers alike, Lina brings a unique perspective with actionable insights that can help drive the fashion industry towards more meaningful changes for the planet and its global communities.

Stephen Chiu is the Senior Vice President at O5 Group, leading menswear design for Quicksilver, Billabong and Eddie Bauer, with previous oversight of DKNY Men’s and Ben Sherman. His work spans concept through commercialization across all menswear classifications.  Stephen manages a team of ten designers and actively mentors early-career talent, including SCAD alumni now working on global brands.  He is particularly focused on helping students and young designers translate academic creativity into real-world design, collaboration, and career readiness. Stephen’s background includes senior design roles at Macy’s Private Label Brands, Nautica, Chaps Ralph Lauren, and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as early experience in Bloomingdale’s buyers’ training program and an internship at Yves Saint Laurent in Paris. Stephen holds a B.A. in French and Semiotics from Brown University and completed summer programs at Parson’s School of Design in New York and Paris.
