Texworld USA winter edition features a sold out show floor with largest number of exhibitors to date

Trend Forum continues to be show favorite for visitors

Complimentary seminars organized by Lenzing Innovation continue to increase in attendance

The winter 2015 edition of Texworld USA, featuring the International Apparel Sourcing Show, showcased a record number of 280 exhibitors representing 18 countries from around the globe. The show welcomed 3,580 verified visitors representing 44 countries including the United States, Canada and Mexico to name a few. Featured pavilions included exhibitors from Taiwan and show partner Lenzing Innovation, covering 12 product categories offering buyers an extensive array of apparel textiles, accessories and finished goods.

"Texworld USA presented a sold out show floor and welcomed visitors from large brands such as Macy's, Ralph Lauren, Nautica and Coach to name a few. We appreciate the continued support of our exhibitors and visitors which reaffirms that Texworld USA is a vital apparel textile sourcing event for the North American Market," commented Kristy Meade, Group Show Director, Messe Frankfurt, Inc.

Partnering with CCPIT-TEX, the International Apparel Sourcing Show was once again featured at the winter edition of Texworld USA providing visitors access to 82 suppliers for finished apparel representing 11 countries including the United States, Colombia, China, Peru and Portugal. 

"This show is not only for garments, but fabric sourcing. I go around in the morning and learn new things about fabric and the future of fashion," remarked Apparel Sourcing exhibitor Lie Weng, Owner, Ningbo Top Garment Co. Ltd., Ningbo, China.

Trend Forum remains popular show floor destination for visitors

The Texworld USA Trend Forum "PRESENCE" showcased exhibitor provided fabric samples forecasting color trends and direction for the Spring/Summer 2016 season. Texworld Art Directors, Louis Gerin and Gregory Lamaud, provided daily guided tours of the Trend Forum explaining the reasoning behind each of the four color stories which included:  Subversive Analogy, Subtle Amorphia, Alter Echo and Inescapable Hazards. A limited number of visitors were also provided a full color Trend Book to use for future reference. 

Complimentary Lenzing Seminar Series Continues Growth

The Texworld USA complimentary seminar series organized by show partner Lenzing Innovation continues to gain popularity with show visitors with 10 sessions welcoming a record number of 952 participants compared to previous winter editions. A few of the most attended sessions include:  Texworld Trends Presentation: Spring/Summer 2016, Get Started- Starting a Fashion Line in Today's Market and Spring/Summer 2016 Textile, Print & Graphic Trends. 

"The Texworld USA seminar series, organized by Lenzing Innovation, continues to cultivate dialogue among industry partners, and while trend topics are consistently well-liked, the seminars on sourcing and sustainability are top choices for market intelligence," remarked Tricia Carey, Business Development Manager, Lenzing USA. She went further to add, "Texworld USA brings people together to do business smarter."
